Where We Ship

We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on orders of $40 or more.
Flat rate of $14.99 on orders under $40.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5 business days after purchase.

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days after your order ships. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Carriers and Tracking

We ship with carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Address Changes

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email contact@aquagertech.com within 10 hours of placing your order.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refused delivery, we can reship it once you pay the new shipping cost. If you prefer a refund instead, we will refund your order minus the original shipping cost. This applies to orders that shipped free as well.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, or it arrives damaged, email contact@aquagertech.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier and replace or refund your order as needed.

Delays

Shipping times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We will keep you updated. Aquager is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control.
