We understand that things happen. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so under the terms explained below. Cancellations may be subject to processing fees.

Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders

By placing a preorder, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. What is a Preorder?

    • A preorder allows you to purchase an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product before it is in inventory.
    • Payment terms may vary: we may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout. If a partial payment is collected, your payment method will be stored, and the remaining balance will be charged when the item is ready for fulfillment.


  2. Payment & Pricing

    • Prices are final at the time of preorder and will not be adjusted for future promotions or price changes.
    • Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.


  3. Delivery & Shipping

    • Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline and are subject to change based on demand, supply chain delays, manufacturing issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    • We will notify customers of any significant changes to the expected delivery timeline.
    • Preordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If your order includes both in-stock and preordered items, they may be shipped separately or together, depending on logistics.


  4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

    • You may cancel a partially paid preorder that has not yet been fulfilled.
    • If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a full or partial refund per our return policy.
    • We reserve the right to limit or cancel preorders for any reason, including but not limited to production delays, supplier shortages, or other operational challenges.


  5. Refunds & Returns

    • Our standard 30-day return policy applies to preordered items unless otherwise stated.
    • If we are unable to fulfill your preorder, a full refund will be issued.
    • If an item arrives damaged or defective, our standard return policy applies.


  6. Limitations of Liability

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, shipping carriers, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).
    • Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from preorder delays or cancellations.


  7. Changes to Terms

    • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

By completing a preorder, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
