Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund, including any shipping you paid. To cancel, email contact@aquagertech.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return it under our Refund Policy. Shipping costs are not refunded on non-defective returns, including orders that shipped free.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order lets you buy a product before it is in stock.

• Payment: we may collect full or partial payment at checkout. If partial, the remaining balance is charged when your item is ready to ship.
• Pricing: prices are final at the time of pre-order and are not adjusted for later promotions or price changes.
• Delivery: estimated ship dates are a guideline and may change due to supply or manufacturing delays. We will email you if the timeline changes significantly. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
• Cancelling: you can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
• If we cannot fulfill it: we may cancel a pre-order for reasons such as production delays or supplier shortages. In that case you will receive a full refund.
• Returns: once delivered, pre-ordered items follow our standard Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or events beyond our control.
