1. Unbox and sort the hardware

1. You have 30 days from delivery
You can request a return within 30 days of the day your order is delivered. That is a fair standard for furniture, and it gives you time to see the piece in your room.
2. The item must be unused and in original packaging
Returns need the item in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. This is why we suggest you measure and confirm your finish choice before opening the box. If you have already built it and something is wrong, still email us and explain. Do not ship anything back until we approve it.
3. Email first, then ship it back
Write to contact@aquagertech.com with your order number and wait for approval. Once approved, send the return by a trackable service and email us the tracking number.
4. Know who pays for shipping
For a standard return, you pay to ship the item back. Shipping charges you paid at checkout are not refunded. If your order shipped free, the actual cost we paid to ship it is deducted from your refund, and the exact amount shows when your refund is confirmed. Plan for that cost when you decide whether a return makes sense.
5. Defective or damaged items are different
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund that includes all shipping costs. Email us photos and we will take care of it. This rule matters most for flat pack furniture, because a cracked panel is easier to spot and prove on day one.
6. A few items cannot be returned
